the Agilent Medalist i3070 incircuit tester and TS-5400 functional tester. Web-PBQ was designed to work with the tester’s standard data logging infrastructure - "Simply switch on data logging and use Web-PBQ to run reports on your test data". Web-PBQ provides a simple, fast and effective way to turn test data into information that can be used to improve production and test program quality.
Web-PBQ is easy to install, and can be up and running in a matter of minutes and generating reports on live test data in less than an hour! Web-PBQ is targeted at low volume production environments (e.g. New Product Introduction runs) and is an excellent tool for assisting shop floor personnel check first pass yield or test engineers monitor test program performance/quality. |

Tester-Based Solution

Access to Web-PBQ is via a standard web browser, so users can run the application at the tester, from a PC on the internal network or from a remote site, providing the freedom to generate and view reports from almost anywhere! Simply start up a browser and it at Web-PBQ, the applications will prompt the user for a user name and password, providing secure access.
